These coffees are shade grown above 1200 meters, using beans from Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. They are produced by small-scale coffee farmers, cultivated in the shade at an altitude of 4000+ feet under a canopy of fruit and hardwood trees and cured on sun patios, bringing out the optimal flavor to please your palate! Songbird Coffees are produced by small-scale coffee farmers, certified organic, certified fair traded & marketed through their cooperatives.
